Calendar Day View: Click
the Completed check box
to the right of the appointment
Open the appointment to edit,
then check the Completed check box
at the top of the window.
Appointments can be marked as completed in several ways:

then check the Completed check box
at the top of the window.
If e-mail notifications are activated, the notification will be sent immediately after completing the appointment.
