Working with Appointments

  Editing an Appointment
 
Appointments can be edited in the Daily or Week view. In the Month view, click on the particular appointment to open the Daily view for the date containing the selected appointment.

To edit the appointment, click the button near the selected appointment. The dialog window below appears:


In this window, appointment type, priority, title, description, start and finish date, time and assign-to user list can be modified.

The appointment title or an abbreviated version is located in each view. The appointment type is shown before the title as an icon. Three different icons are used to represent each appointment type:

Task
Event
Meeting

The appointment description is available only while viewing the particular appointment.

The appointment’s duration can be edited and will show in all views for the specified time period. An appointment’s repetition cannot be edited.

To move a single appointment up or down on the appointment list, specify its Priority. Specifying a higher priority will move the appointment up on the list.


Appointments with the same priority will be sorted by time.

Appointments can be assigned to other users in the "Assign-to" field. Each user specified will see the assigned appointment.

To save changes to the appointment, click the button. Otherwise click .
