Working with Appointments

  Using E-mail Notifications
 
Turn on e-mail notifications to remind yourself and other users about created, completed or commented appointments.

E-mail notifications for the current user can be managed through the checkboxes at the bottom of the Daily View layout:


E-mail notifications for other users can be managed as follows:
  • Click the button at the top of Daily, Week or Month view layout to open the user list.
  • Click the button near the selected user to open the user window. E-mail notifications for the selected user are managed through the checkboxes at the bottom of the window.


  • To save the settings, click the button. Otherwise click .
