Many of our clients who have chosen Vedatrak CRM or our other FileMaker products to improve business efficiency find that they would like to adjust and customize the products to seamlessly fit with existing business processes. Many of these users want to add new features or simply automate some processes.

Though all SUI Solutions products are fully unlocked with editable internal functions, many users don’t have the time or skill set to execute the changes internally. For that reason we offer several support packages for our users who are looking for some technical advice or assistance.

Purchasing a support package in conjunction with a FileMaker product by SUI Solutions (including, Vedatrak CRM, SUI Mail, SUI Calendar, etc.) will enable you to rest assured that all technical aspects of introducing our product will be handled so you are free to provide your team with the training they will need to effectively use it.

SUI Solutions offers the following services as part of our support packages:

Service Description
Customization Improving our existing FileMaker products to better suit your specific needs.
Consultation In-depth analysis of your database and how it works with our products OR step by step instructions for customizing our FileMaker products.
Migration Moving your existing data to one of our FileMaker products.
Administration General administration services for all purchased products, including database checks, monitoring, backup, and restoring.
Infrastructure, Efficiency and Usability Tests New feature and function tests using a copy of your working system on our server to provide safe tests that do not impede upon your day to day business processes.

Purchase Support Packages

Package Types: All support requests will receive a response and estimate within one working day after any questions from our tech team have been answered. All requests will be fully processed according to the timeline provided in the estimate and agreed upon by the client. Our service professionals are available 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. The guarantee period for all packages is 3 months. During this period, we will fix any bugs related to our work for free.
