Vedatrak Messaging 3.1

Overview

The Messaging module simplifies communication between database users with an integrated instant messaging system. Users can even send smart links to objects within the database.

• Instant Web Publishing (+)
  Full IWP support allows users to easily access and edit data from virtually any web browser without purchasing or installing additional FileMaker Pro copies.
• Public Messages (+)
  Users may choose to broadcast messages to all database users.
• Private Messages (+)
  Users may elect to send messages to only a selected user.
• System Messages (+)
  System messages will alert users to other users who are entering or exiting the Messaging module.
• Sending Smart Links (+)
  Users can send links to database locations to other users.
• New Message Notifications (+)
  The status area in every module of the system alerts users with new message notifications.
• Message History (+)
  The Messaging module logs your conversations with other database users.
